General Information Treatment Demos: All skin treatment demonstrations are complimentary. Deposit: Some services require a 50 AED deposit to secure your booking. Cancellation and Rescheduling Grace Period (No Charge): To avoid any fees, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. Late Cancellation Charge: A charge of 50 AED will be applied if your appointment is cancelled less than 2 hours before the start time. No-Show Policy Late Arrival/No-Show Charge: If you fail to arrive for your appointment, or arrive more than 20 minutes late for the scheduled start time, the 50 AED deposit will be forfeited (charged).
